Delicious and very filling
I ordered the strawberry shortcake flavour a while back and that was delicious. I mix it with water for the lower calorie content and put in the fridge the night before. 60g with about 400ml of water, the mixability is good and doesn't dilute the flavour at all even with that amount of water. I also bought the latte flavour for when I want a coffee fix. I would say these protein shakes work. I'm not trying to build muscle, just tone up with some weight lifting and this really helps with muscle recovery and muscle growth. I have noticed a significant improvement after 1 month of drinking this.

Yummy choc
Love the choc whey mixes well such a great taste. Great in shakes and mixes well with yoghurt for a protein desert. Better alternative than pricey protein yoghurts and hidden additives. So yummy if frozen for a short time like icecream Goes Well With:Shakes yoghurt

chocolate brownie
i’m always skeptical of chocolate flavour protein powders as they usually taste artificial and overly sweet. i tried the chocolate brownie flavour and was pleasantly surprised. smells and tastes really good, nice chocolatey flavour. i use powders to mix into my porridge so can’t comment of the mixability for shakes but goes great in my oatsGoes Well With:porridge

This product is great. Not only does it taste good, but it is easily mixed and easy to use. The best bit though is that you do not feel hungry, this enables you to control your calories, maintain protein intake and not feel as though you have skipped a meal.
