Wouldn’t recommend
2Felt this was good for training forearms/grip strength. However, it made an annoying clicking sound most of the time and didn’t last long before breaking.

good function
3works well, with a nice grip shape and the adjustable resistance is helpful. only criticism is that is produces plastic shaving at the hinges and the resisting spring sometimes slips and clicks upon full extension

4Great product with a good range of resistance! Only issue is that the handles could be a little longer(but i do have very large hands)

Little and often gains
5Perfect product for getting a little pump here n there whether you’re watching tv or at work in an office it’s great for strengthening hands and forearms, quality is amazing and it is really great value for money

Just what i needed
5My Grip is awful. I have a form of arthritis in both of my wrists so my grip is massively hindered. This is just what i needed to help build it. Works like a charm.

Worst quality
1I have bought 3 of these and they are keep breaking with in weeks of use. Not gonna buy again from here

Great While it Lasts
3I'm conflicted about these grip strengtheners. They work really well and offer a good level of resistance. However. The first one lasted about a year and the second maybe two months. Both springs snapped.

Just wish it went a little heavier.
4Love this item it’s perfect for me where I’m trying to strengthen my wrists and improve my grip. But for my hubby who shares this with me it just isn’t heavy enough. Otherwise for me perfect!
