Fantastic
Really high quality roller, I use it for a few minutes before and after playing football aswell as when I train legs and it’s reduced cramps and soreness so much!

A bit too hard for my back, was looking for something softer. Sent it back and My protein have refunded quickly with no issues.

Build some back muscles first
This roller is quite painful to use due to the hard ridges on it, as I built my back muscles it got easier but for the first few weeks it was painful to use. Just don’t use rollers on your lower back and neck

Quality product
I use muscle rollers quite frequently and the inside always cracks, leaving the roller useless so I have had to purchase new one regularly. I purchased this particular one a few months ago for the first time and it has been perfect. It has relived me of any soreness from gym and kept its shape. Quality product and perfect for muscle pain relief.
