5I’ve not had chance to use it much as I have a wrist injury. It does what an ab roller should do, it was a great price which also came with a mat for your knees to rest on which takes away discomfort while trying to exercise. Great product from my protein again.

Brilliant Ab roller
5Great product! Very simple and fits its purpose. Very bulky so feels really supportive when using. Also comes with a knee pad to protect and support your knees. Worth every penny.

Fantastic ab roller
5I bought this roller as a little extra to our workout routine and found it to be an amazing simple tool which gives a great ab and lower back workout between sets! Would definitely recommend!
