Game changer for weak grip

Okay so I’ve always struggled with my grip. On certain exercises I felt like I could push for a few more reps but my hands just couldn’t take it, and since I got the chalk my life got 50% easier! I’m able to lift heavier as the bar/dumbbells are not sliding out from my hands. A great little thing for someone who struggles with a weak grip.

The MyProtein Liquid Chalk is a lifesaver when it comes to grip.  Dries really fast and only a little is needed. May need to reapply after a couple sets but works wonders for deadlift! Will defo buy again!
