5Good quality plastic bottle easy to dispense. Seals well so dont get leakage in your gym bag. Quick drying liquid chalk. Really helps with grip. Prompt delivery, great value for money.

Finally getting a grip
4I’ve struggled with my grip on deadlifts for a while now and a friend of mine recommended this. I was a little hesitant at first but it has been an absolute godsend. The bottle is pretty big and relatively decent value for money. My only issues with it is the fact that you have to reply it pretty frequently (especially if you get sweaty hands like me) and you’ve gotta watch where your hands go depending on what colour clothes you are wearing.

4This chalk is so wonderful and helps with my grip when lifting heavy, the smell isn’t choking and just a little can last for so many sets.

Can’t fault
5Bought this as I wanted to edge away from straps while deadlifting and I was surprised how effective it is, I’ve always thought I had a week grip but the first time I used it I was able to work up to my 1 rep max without straps. Would definitely recommend.

Better than I thought.
5I’ve struggled with grip strength/endurance for a long time, tried this stuff and it helped hugely. Dries super quick and easy enough to wash off afterwards. Very, very convenient.

4Does the job, has a bit of an odd smell and messier than using straps but much more comfortable than fiddling with straps and makes you look tough 😂
