Instant Oats taste good and are like Oat Flour
3I purchased Porridge Oats 5kg and Instant Oats 5kg. I expected the Instant Oats to be a finer cut, to absorb liquid or cook faster. However, they are essentially the consistency of oat flour. This is written in the detailed description, which I had not noticed. Gluten-free is a requirement for me, and the taste is fine and quality seems high, just like the porridge oats. However, a powder needs to be treated differently in order to dissolve correctly. I now will either be using the instant oats -- which I would describe as oat flour or oat powder -- as a protein in smoothies or for baking. Thank you.

Great Porridge
5This is the second time I’ve ordered this 100% gluten free porridge since I found out I had coeliac disease. Very reasonably priced, good to be able to buy large quantities, only takes a couple of minutes to prepare delicious and, more importantly, very good for you.

Gluten free heaven
5Years ago I use to have the normal oats and have stomach issues so when MyProtein brought the gluten free version it was a godsend. Very easy to mix with your smoothies and bulk up your meals throughout the day with no issues. Ideal for bulking or pre/post workout. Highly recommended.Goes Well With:Water/Milk/Protein/Berries/Pancakes

Shocking
1Absolute waste of money, doesn't mix and the measurements are way off. Doesnt mix well in a shake just goes like cement. Seriously useless product. Goes Well With:No wasting your time and money buying them

Happy accident
5I bought this thinking it was oats for porridge , but have been using it to add to my gluten free bread and other baking really good value for money I bought the rolled oats as well as you won’t find it at this price anywhere there protein shakes are also brilliant Goes Well With:Anything and everything especially good substituted in gf bread for a cup of rice flour blend

You Can Use As Porridge
5Really tasty and good for just about everything. Lots of reviews say you can’t make porridge but it’s primarily what I use it for, just make sure you sprinkle the oats into the hot milk or water.

Perfect
5I whip up proats in a saucepan daily - cover them with water on the hob then add lactose free milk or coconut milk once the water has been mostly soaked up; and protein. I’m gluten sensitive and was impressed to find a 5kg bag. Perfect for making flapjack too. Goes Well With:Protein Milk Butter/honey for flapjack

GF Instant Oats
5These are a great addition to my shakes, they make it easier to bulk out the shake for a longer lasting meal. Really glad they do these GF!Goes Well With:All whey protein flavours.
