Nice taste and easy to eat at anytime of day
5I usualy buy the normal rolled oat,i thought i would give this a try.They taste great,are gluten free. The oats are slightly smaller than the normal ones but this doesn't affect the taste.Goes Well With:Milk

Quick oats - not normal oats
1Inaccurate product description. These are shredded oats or oat flakes that cook in about 1-2 minutes. These don’t have the nutritional benefit of regular oats. If I new that, I would not have bought these

My Morning Staple
5I have been eating the GF Oats for around 3 years now and they are a staple part of my daily nutrition. For anybody following a GF diet, I would highly recommend them. Goes Well With:I mix mine with White Chocolate or Vanilla Protein, blueberries and flax seed.
