AMAZING!!!
5I heard amazing stuff about inositol in a PCOS support group back in December 2021. I started taking this twice everyday in January 2022. I had my first period around 25th of January which was amazing as they were usually not regular however this was. Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for over a year at this point and the first cycle I have after my first period of taking this I fell pregnant and ovulated, as well as my partner having low morphology I truly believe this stuff is a god send for those with pcos, especially my those wanting to regulate periods & possibly conceive, people compare it to a natural metaformin with less side effects. The only thing I would say is I was confused with the TINY scoop and how much to take. Girls with PCOS a daily intake of inositol is 2-4g, and I found the scoop way too confusing so did 2g in the morning and 2g in the evening using my kitchen scales or by eye which works out around a small half of a teaspoon each time. However I did find that I had an upset stomach quite often in regards to needing the toilet so I would recommend starting on a lower amount and building your way up however I am so amazed with it! Goes Well With:Squash, fresh juice, water if you can handle the powerdy texture

Inositol Supplement
5This supplement is so easy you just add the tiny amount required to water and off you go! It has no taste and blends really well so if anyone is worried about those issues - you don’t have that problem so it’s easy to drink! I’ll continue to monitor the side effects I’m expecting as I decided to take this to help me my PCOS symptoms having only taken it for 2/3 weeks at the moment I think I can see a slight difference but don’t want to comment on that too much until I feel like I have concrete proof. So far so good, If you are thinking about giving this a go - buy it!

For PCOS
5I had struggled with recurrent miscarriages and PCOS and after looking at some research around Inositol decided to try this supplement. I conceived the following cycle and despite some early bleeding, I have just had a beautiful little boy. I genuinely think that the Inositol supported the pregnancy. I took 3 scoops daily in a glass of water before conceiving and up to week 12 of pregnancy.

5I love this it curbs my hunger cravings and helps my blood sugar levels keep regulated. I use half of the recommended amount as the full amount gives me a headache. I am so Happy with the size 500g will last you ages Goes Well With:orange squash

Great supplement
5Been taking daily after reading about its benefits for PCOS. My cycle was non existent and is now more regular than it has been in years! Slight sweet taste but largely flavourless. Goes Well With:Water, flavoured creatine, juice

Pcos
5I am absolutely amazed by this been struggling with pcos for years!!! Being hairy, overweight, mood swings, not ovulating and having help getting pregnant with my children by the drs. My cycle is normally around 40 days to your normal 28 day cycle or even if I get a cycle and have a period. I have been taking this and have had a 29 day cycle on my first month of using I am astonished. Mood has lifted I have energy and have lost some weight (happy days) Thank you everyone for your reviews. Definitely recommend xx Goes Well With:Water, juice, shakes

Miracle find
5I am SO happy I came across this product, it has helped massively with my PCOS symptoms. I have only been using for 3 months, but I have noticed a massive difference in my bloating, tiredness and my cycle has even improved over the months. It mixes so easily with orange and doesn’t change the taste. Goes Well With:Orange juice.

PCOS & Anxiety - a natural alternative?
4After researching and reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this as I suffer with PCOS and extreme anxiety (phobia related that controls my life). I originally had seen this for PCOS symptoms and I saw it helps with anxiety and lots of mental health issues was such a added bonus for me. Like a godsent! I was given antidepressants from the doctor but due to my anxiety being over health & sickness I wasn’t prepared to take them as the side effects sent me loopy just reading them. I started this Friday night (11th dec) just on 2 scoops as I read it can give you a funny tummy, then Saturday I upped it to 2.5 scoops twice a day and now I’m on my second day on 3.5 scoops (recommend amount) twice a day. So overall I’ve been on it for 4 days. So it’s VERY early days to be reviewing and giving honest thoughts on if it works or not as in trials for mental health issues & PCOS it’s says 4-8 week study. But, I have to say the past two days since I’ve been on the higher dose I’ve noticed a significant change to my hunger, my pcos causes intense cravings where I’ve put 3 stone on, I managed to loose 7lbs in March but piled it back on & more, since then I find it very hard to loose weight. My pcos has been bad over the past year. But in two days on the higher dose I’ve managed to not be hungry between breakfast & lunch AND I’M SHOCKED. I hope this effect keeps up! My anxiety, it’s still here & bad but I’m only on day four. I’m not expecting it to take it away as it’s been a life long anxiety...but I have noticed a reduce amount of all day anxiety symptoms and I’m able to think more logically about why I’m anxious. For example the first time yesterday, my blood sugar levels had dropped where I hadn’t eaten for 5-6 hours so was very shaky etc, and I was due to go to my boyfriends and before when feeling like this I wouldn’t of even entertained the thought of leaving my house but I managed to realise it was my blood sugar causing the shakiness and I still went out and drove which is massive for me. So it’s definitely helped and I can’t wait to see what more it can bring me. I have strong hopes within the new year it’s going to help me with my anxiety so much & my pcos so I can become happy with my weight. I do hope it carry’s on providing good effects and keeps my hunger low, but we will see! Goes Well With:Water, Fruit juice

Really good product
5I thought i would give this a go after reading other reviews with it helping PCOS and i must say it has helped sooo much! The difference i have noticed is insane, i have more energy so i am able to complete my workouts all the way through without feeling extremely fatigued, i don't crave sugar as much and i have noticed a slight shift in my bloating. I tend to use this in the mornings in a protein smoothie. Goes Well With:any shake, smoothie, protein powder
