Great way for fuelling cardio
5Great easy carbs for any cardio, especially good for fuelling on the bike during a ride. Same formulation as other brands selling energy products for water. Pretty much tasteless and easy to mix with squash or something similar. Goes Well With:Fruit squash

5Easy to use, easy to blend with other things. I purchased the unflavored and it definitely holds up to its name. very easy to just mix into a shake to pack some extra calories in before a workout to get that extra fuel. Overall very useful and worth the price. Goes Well With:Protein shakes,

Does the job nicely
4Use this as feed for long swims. I mix it with warm chair tea. I prefer this make to other makes that I find too sweet, although it does irritate my gut a little so I use it at a reduced strength and alternate with other drinks

5Great for your intraworkout, keep your energy levels high and consistent without and spikes. Good for post workout too, easy to mix with your protein. Carbs and protein straight after your workout, couldn’t be easier! Goes Well With:Orange juice, apple juice, any form of diluting juice

Surprised
5I was quite surprised with this. My pumps have been better than ever same as energy levels. You do need to get it in quite far before a workout but I still believe it helps. The best part is you don't taste it at all. It completely mixes in to whatever you're having it with

Just what the doctor ordered
5This is exactly what I was after just to keep me going during longer rides. The taste is ok, not much taste at all tbh & it mixes really well. I added it to my usual blackcurrent cordial & loved it. I'll definately be purchasing again.
