4It's sometimes hard to eat when my stomach isn't feeling great but this helps me get cards into my system and makes me feel well enough to get on with my day, top marks for having a easily mixable powder

Effective and does what it says
3This is a simple solution to additional carb for energy during a workout and getting sufficient sugars to the muscle. It's inexpensive and effective. Only thing is the packaging does not seal well, so once it's opened, you have to find another way of sealing it.

Much needed energy
5Great product. Does as it says. Saviour when on prep and food is low. Such a large deficit in the final weeks running to compete so this real did help and gave an extra push for those workouts! Will keep this up as part of my workout drink forever now!

4love it, but it is a bit hard to mix it with the liquids because it will not fully dissolve.
