hard to notice any progress

5I am so glad I bought this product! I have been using it before going on long runs ( 10k or more ) and it has really given me the extra energy I have needed. It has also helped me improve my pace and overall times. It just tastes like very sweet water, it mixes fine although if you don't mix it instantly it can go a bit lumpy, which isn't really a problem. I will definitely be buying this again.Goes Well With:water

5Bought this as a replacement for ready made sports drink. Got a very good price in the 50% sale too. Mixes quite well but stronger concentrations (70-80g)take a bit more work to dissolve. Mixes well with fructose to create a 2:1 blend. Taste is quite mild. I don’t mix and flavours with it.Goes Well With:Fructose

Amazing for Recovery
5I always had problems with recovering from each workout but after I bought this and used it after a workout, I had less soreness the next day and I was still able to train the next day compared to when I just normally took protein after workout. Now I take this and protein and it works wonders.Goes Well With:any MyProtein Whey protein any MyVegan protein
