Well it works
5Great powder. Fills you up and contains a nice amount of protien. Can be a bit too sickly for me sometimes and doesn't always mix well. That said, I religiously buy this stuff because it does the job.Goes Well With:Milk

Tasty shakes
5As someone who’s trying to bulk it definitely helps get the extra calories in, If sone right can taste as good as a mcdonald’s strawberry shake, but way healthier. however definitely blend with more than just milk, add some frozen mixed berries and yoghurt at the least, and if you want the extra kcal add some ice cream, oats and banana.Goes Well With:frozen mixed berries, yoghurt, ice cream, oats and banana

Does the job
5I've been using this for a good while now and in terms of results, I cannot complain. It's a bit hit and miss with the flavours but I love the strawberries and cream... mix it with oat milk, gamechanger.Goes Well With:Any milk/ milk alternative for a bangin' shake

Good product, great value
4I have consistently used this product for a few years now and have been impressed with the calorie content and protein level for the size of the shake. It has been a core supplement in my fitness regime and helped to gain size where other supplements comparably priced have failed. One improvement I would recommend would be the consistency as sometimes with use of a blender, the thickness can produce small chunks that make the shake somewhat difficult to consume without removing. Goes Well With:Soy milk, this has been the staple I have used and effectively absorbs the powder compared to other bases I have used without excessive foaming and for a superior taste.

Smooth chocolate
4Good protein, only issue is it can sometimes be difficult to shake and avoid clumps of protein.

Does the trick
5I use this for biking and it’s exactly what I need. I have it after every workout or as a meal replacement. Lasts at Minimum a month if you use it 5-6 days a week and the smooth chocolate flavour makes it taste just like a smooth chocolate milkshake. Half the time I forget it’s actually a protein shake.Goes Well With:I use water as it’s easier to drink and goes down faster but can use milk if you want extra protein and calories but ends up being thicker
