Very efficient
5I used to use other protein brands before with no progress in gaining weight on mass.since i started 2 months ago to take this protein blend from myvitamin i put on 3 kg.i recommend it!

Mouth full of sugar
1After reading the reviews I decided to give this a go as I'm writing this im drinking my first shake all I can say is terrible just tastes like a mouth full of sugar never tasted a shake like this I may aswel just be consuming water a sugar this isn't right!!!!

4As someone thats just starting to workout and put on weight this has been great. I’ve always struggled to get in enough calories and consuming this daily in a milkshake makes it much easier. Goes Well With:Milk, banana and raspberries.

Been using this for 1 year+, its great
4service yet again from My Protein, I ordered late Sunday and Tuesday morning I have my products! For value & effectiveness this product is perfect, Ive seen some great gains from this and being 5'9 and slim its helped me a lot. It mixes and tastes really good (vanilla). I have seen reviews saying it doesnt mix well and tastes gritty - however I pour milk in first & shake to make sure the protein does not stick to the bottom!Goes Well With: Goes Well With: Milk, granola & berries - perfection
