Gains as expected
5Love this product when bulking. I struggle to eat enough as very active so I have 2 shakes a day. (Still gotta put the hard work in in the gym). Mixes quiet well with water and a standard shaker. Goes Well With:Water

Nearly 10kg in 3 months!
5I began going to the gym in November and when I started I was 6'4" but only weighed 81kg. I decided that I needed some help getting extra protein and calories in my diet so I bought this powder. I started going to the gym 4 times a week, eating more and I was having 3 scoops of this after every session. The results have been incredible and extremely noticeable. I now regularly weigh in between 88-90kg and the added creatine has really helped my strength as well. I would highly recommend it!

3Good product and does the job at getting the extra calories in however I found the milk tea flavour really sweet and hard to drink because of that!

Great Product
5Really nice flavour and mixes with milk easily. Too soon for me to comment on effectiveness but if the given macros are accurate there’s no reason this powder wouldn’t help with weight/ muscle gain. 2.5kg also lasts longer than I thought even after using daily Goes Well With:Milk and oats

Chocolate smooth
5It was vile with water in my opinion but I do 1 scoop with milk and I stir it with a fork and the no bits. I tried 3 scoops but it was too sugary and couldn’t drink it but 1 scoop is fine and I had 3 a day, only been taking it for few days and it showed good results I have put on weight. I was 6 stone and now I’m 6 stone 7. The 5kg bag will last few months.

I'm not going to be withiut this
5Never could gain weight no matter how much eat. I went through the weight loss and lost the appetite at all due to stress. This kicked up my appetite and also gained 5kg without any workouts. I finally have a booty that I never had I'm my life. This is my 3rd bag but miss the old vanilla formula. This has absolutely no taste so need to add some honey or syrup to go with.Goes Well With:Fruit, porridge, nut butter, honey, agave syrup and other syrups, honestly anything you fancy in your protein drink or recipe
