5I was looking for a whey supplement that would enable me to gain weight after surgery left me unable to eat solid food. Advanced Weight Gainer works well for me, it has all the necessary vitamins and has allowed me to gain weight even though I still train and attend spin at the gym 3 times a week. I use a blender to mix my unflavoured whey protein with almond milk or normal milk as I found it didn't mix as well in a shaker. Would recommend. Goes Well With:Fruit of choice. I like blueberries ice-cream with a shot of caramel.

It Works
5I'm not a skinny guy but thinner than I'd like. I'm also tall with a high metabolism so gaining weight has always been impossible for me. I've been taking this for a month now, in combination with generally eating a protein/carb packed meal a day, hitting the gym almost daily lifting heavy, getting some post-workout McDonalds for the calorie surplus and some protein snacks/nuts during the day. I've put on 4kg and that's not on my belly. As long as you hit the gym hard, this has worked wonders for me to take in those extra calories and helped me gain more strength and lift heavier over time. I'm also taking the pre-workout+ to push myself even harder on those sessions. I'll be continuing with this until I hit my target weight and then probably switch to whey & creatine. Also helps that this already comes with creatine in it.Goes Well With:700 ml whole milk for extra gains

Best tasting shake
5Best tasting shake I’ve had! Very filling and I’ve been using it a couple weeks now training hard and sleeping well and can see results ! This shake just tops up the protein and calories, is also lovely for breakfast! Defo recommend! 👍Goes Well With:Milk!

Does what it says on the bag
5This stuff is great it really helps pack on the pounds. It's best just added on to the end of a meal but also works after a workout.
