5I’ve been using this product now for around 3 years and can’t recommend it enough. It tastes great, mixes well and I’ve seen great bulking results. Top tip: Buy an extra large protein shaker for the 3 scoops you need per serving. Not everyone’s a lover of cement.

Bag came ripped
1My box came with a large rip in it with the protein bag inside also ripped spilling powder everywhere. I have pictures. Extremely disatisfied.

Does what it says on the tin
5My main goal at the minute is to put a bit of timber on so needed to put my protein level. As I don’t eat much meat due to personal preference this really helps with my goal!

Amazing product
5I was a little sceptical at first regarding the claims of advanced weight gainer but I was pleasantly pleased with the actual weight I gained. My training programme is pretty heavy after an illness last year left me seriously underweight. With the use of advanced weight gainer, I have managed to put lean weight on without having to eat a mountain of food. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to put on some weight and not having the time to eat food constantly. I will definitely keep on using this product.Goes Well With:As it is vanilla flavour it goes well with any fruit, honey, jams and tastes amazing just on it's own.

Basically a scam
3Not really my proteins fault cause its the same with every brand but mass gainers are basically a scam, yes they have lots more calories but you also have to use several scoops to get this, also taste is never great with mass gainers and you can make your own that is better with protein powder, blue milk, oats and peanut butter or even with ice cream

5A really good product , doesn’t make you bloated like some other weight gainers , nice flavours too . Really helps to get in the extra calories and protein to put on a good amount of weight Goes Well With:3 scoops with full fat milk

Excellent product
5I’ve been using this supplement base for some time now and ever since I decided to go on a bulk I’ve really noticed the difference. All because of this product I’ve managed to put on 3kg of solid muscle in which seems like no time at all. This product is a must to try. Goes Well With:It goes great with milk but tastes just as good with water.
