Proper Stuff
5Been using the Adv. gainer blend for a good year now. Started off using a mates spare and decided to go and grab my own 5kg bags after seeing how quickly and efficiently it was working. New and improved chocolate flavour works wonders with mixing, and the flavour doesn’t taste strange like some other chocolate protein powders. For a quick idea of how it’s worked for me, I was just over 9st with very little muscle when I began using… as of now I am tickling 12st and look like a god… of course this is due to going to the gym aswell but 500ml of full fat milk with the appropriate serving brings a shake to 700cal. Perfect.Goes Well With:Full fat milk… even water tastes well

1Mixes really well, the taste is extremely sweet. After finishing the 5kg bag, having 2 shakes per day alongside my normal diet. I just want to add my diet hasn't changed at all the entire time in using this weight gainer. The results.... NOTHING I weigh the exact same after using this 5kg bag as I did when I started it. I certainly won't be wasting my money on this product again, as for me, it did nothing to my weight.
