Overall good product
4Quick and easy to make and the vanilla flavour tastes nice but can become very thick if used with the recommended 3.5 scoops so I split it into two servings, overall good product.

Works like a charm
5I’ve gained quite a bit since following strict bulk and using this as help just remember to read up on how much your supposed to have I do need to chug this as I’ve never found I great tasting protein shake but this is by far the easiest Goes Well With:Chicken with Nandos bbq seasoning and rice

Highly recommended for hard-gainers!
5As a lifelong hard-gainer I would strongly recommend this mass protein to anybody in a similar predicament. Taste & Mixability are great with green-top milk & a blender. Tastes like a milkshake! I use it with a scoop of 100% instant oats, and another of the egg white powder. Every now & then I throw in some Greek yoghurt, or a couple of spoons of peanut butter. My base weight was 144, and i'm currently at 162 mostly muscle. Goes Well With:100% Instant Oats Egg White Powder Smooth Peanut Butter

Jolly good stuff
5Highly rate this delicious bag of goodness, mixes well with water and milk. Personally recommended the strawberries and cream flavour or the vanilla. Does give my farts the ability to peel paint from walls but this is a minor sacrifice for the gains. Goes Well With:Water, milk, blood sweat and tears

Good stuff
5I first was mixing this with loads of milk and couldn’t nock it back it was like a chore, now I mix 2 scoops with 1/4 water and nock it back 3 times a day Goes Well With:Water
