Weight gainer
5My son recently got deferred for the army as he didn’t meet the weight requirement. He’s been taking this shake since the beginning of December. He’s gained a whopping 5kg since then with the shakes, eating and weight training. He’s now at the weight requirement and goes for his medical and physical in two weeks time!

Milk Tea
5A fair few of reviews say it is sickly sweet, I've tried strawberry, chocolate and milk tea. Agree with strawberry and chocolate being way too sickly. Go for MILK TEA, much more suttle flavour, still sweet but not sickly like the other two. Mixes well in a shaker which has the grill top bit and the springy ball thrown in for good measure. 3Bought the Vanilla flavour, no matter how long I shake it up for there’s always lumpy bits. I’ve noticed with every shake there’s always little bits of what looks like plastic/hard sand grains that I chew on, and also you can see it all floating around in the shake. Would love for someone to explain to me what this is in the powder as it’s very off putting? Wouldn’t be buying again due to this...but on the plus side it does fill you up and bloat you out and you do gain weight. Goes Well With:Water

5This protein shake dissolve very easily and the taste is absolutely very good. This is one of the best protein powders I have ever purchased.Goes Well With:Water Almond milk Coconut milk Porridge Smoothies

Have been using this for 6-months
5I used to use the normal Impact Whey protein but as my body type is ectomorph (naturally slim with thin wrists/difficult to put on weight) I switched to this extreme gainer in an attempt to bulk up 6-months ago. Taste- Impact whey tastes like a chocolate nesquik milkshake with milk. Switching to this, the first few times it has a distinctive different taste (little sweeter and the chocolate taste isn't as natural). However, after a week you get used to it and I drink this with water. Mixing- Impact whey mixes really well. Switching to this requires an extra 30 seconds of shaking (can't comment on what it's like with milk but I'd guess you'd need to shake for much longer). Overall I'm really pleased with this product and will continue to stick with it.

3Chocolate flavour is way tooo sweet and taste disgusting. I just bought 5kg and I cannot manage to drink it :'( If you are thinking about getting this..I recomend to get the unflavoured one.

Tastes Awful, Works very well.
5Excellent product, blends very well as it's so fine but Chocolate Smooth is a real chore to get through.

Sweet tooth?
3I've only had a couple so far so I can't really comment about the effectiveness yet. What I can say is that I have an extremely sweet tooth, but when I drink these I feel a bit like vomming it back up. Mixes well with 500ml of water but if you don't have a sweet tooth then I can't agree with the other comments any more... try something else as this is like drinking liquid candy. Goes Well With:500ml water

Flavour
4Usually have the chocolate which tastes ok, but decided to try the vanilla which I don’t like at all. It’s a good product as I’ve gained weight which I find very difficult to do but I might put the vanilla flavour in the bin it’s that bad.
