4Tastes good, doesn’t have many lumps, showing results already.Goes Well With:Full fat milk . And if using creatine powder, put it in with the shake as you can’t taste it then

5Been using for the past year and have been able to put on weight and get stronger, this is the only thing i've used that i didn't before I use the strawberries and cream flavour and it tastes very nice with milk or water

Best Protein Shake I've ever had
5I've had many protein shakes over the last 10 years and after relocating to Ireland I had to find something new and local so I thought I would give this a go. Firstly, I consider myself a hard gainer which requires a good amount of calories to pack on some weight and my body respond well to high quantities of protein and carbs. I've been taking Advanced Weight Gainer for just over three weeks now and I am very impressed with the results so far. The high grammage of protein, carbs and daily dose of creatine is a very good combination. The best part - it doesn't taste like a protein shake but more like a milkshake. Highly recommended product!Goes Well With:I have the strawberry cream which is very tasty and mix it with vanilla protein milk (adds even more protein)

Decent product
5I’ve been using this advanced gainer for a couple years now and I’d had milk tea for the longest time which was perfect taste wise etc but there have been difficulties with stock so now I use the unflavoured and some butter biscuit drops. I prefer lighter flavours because it’s a breakfast essentially so your chocolates and strawberries are usually too heavy. Good product though, would recommend.

5In my opinion the tastiest of the flavours. Only down side is it requires longer and intense shaking (compared to others) to make sure it's all fully dissolved in your shaker, otherwise you'll be chewing more than drinking.Goes Well With:Pre workout meal
