Does exactly what I want
4I take this as an after training filler, replenisher and I'm very happy. The immediate hunger feeling is gone and not too much of a bloated feeling after necking a 400ml mix. I only use 1 big scoop per serving which serves me perfectly. I've always found 2 scoops either too filling or too thick a mix which has in the past made me throw it all back up (what a waste of money that is). The taste is more than adequate but I do mix mine with an orange or apple fruit juice and a banana or a kiwi fruit, so my taste blend is ideal for me. I'm getting the slow weight gain and muscle build which I can control, manage and maintain for my purposes so it seems to be working for me

1Taste like water and some kind of toxic chemical paste. not sure about gaining weight because the taste will make you throw up 5/10 times. smooth chocolate is awful stay away.Goes Well With:nothing

Doesn't leave you feeling sick and bloated.
5Since using this I have noticed that my strength and recovery have improved. I train in the morning and have a shake straight after to ensure I'm giving my muscles everything they need. With 5g of creatine too, it's everything you need in a mass protien shake. I've had enough mass heavy shakes that feel like you've swallowed a concrete slab but this one digestes really well. Goes Well With:Ice, fruit.... all depending on preference. On its own with water is far from boring and tastless. It's really nice in its most basic...

4It's a bit sickly but you get used to it eventually. Not a bad consistency when mixed.

5Been buying this for the past 6 months (vanilla), the taste is great! Mixes really well, smooth, goes well with both milk and water! Brilliant for the money, will continue to buy as its the only one I can stomach enough to take it daily. Goes Well With:Milk and water!

1 scoop isn’t 1 serving!
3My fault for not reading into it more! However I presumed 1 scoop would be the serving they boast has 36g protein etc. they suggest 3 1/2 scoops which adds up to the nutritional info given. Again my bad for not reading into it but just with most bit gutted about this but oh well it tastes really good! Just doesn’t mix that well!
