help with sleep
Been taking these for a few weeks now, usually take on around 7pm ish when having an evening meal and seem to help me wind down and relax. Also take ZMA half hour before i go to bed and defo been helping me sleep better. Goes Well With:ZMA

Great sleep !
These by far are the best natural sleeping tablet without the groggy feeling in the morning and since I’ve been on them I’ve had amazing sleep which during peri menopause my sleep was awful and felt irritable but with these all this has gone and I get a great sleep highly recommend to all Those woman suffering peri / menopause

Sleep and Strength improved massively
I have taken ashwagandha before however never really committed to it. This time round I have seen a major improvement to my sleep as well as less stress and anxiety allowing me to focus a lot more in the gym and build strength quicker. Goes Well With:Collagen

Honest review after taking them for 4 months
I have used this product for 4 months, half way through I started taking double the recommended amount to see more change, it is very effective on recovery, energy and mood, personally I have had no side affects but have definitely gotten stronger and more toned. I would recommend to take this supplement :)Goes Well With:Omega 369, Alpha men multivitamins, Creatine monohydrate

Highly recommended
Been using this product for around three months and have certainly noticed a difference in my overall mood. I feel a lot more relaxed and less aggressive/agitated. I take one every morning with my first meal and they usually take around an hour to take effect. Highly recommend these as part of your daily diet. Goes Well With:Water.
