4Great value for money, and mixes well, will buy again, Vegan protein bars taste a little chalky, but great flavour of orange and chocolate. Superb quality and would recommend to family and friends.

Does increase endurance a little
3Felt the effect when cycling long distance. Does little in the gym, but maybe that 1 extra rep is something it is worth trying it for.Goes Well With:Citruline Malate.

4Taken in right doses and for the right time will pay off! Do not expect instant changes. Loved this product but would suggest better packaging and scoop size tailored with serving size.Goes Well With:Creatine

Fab product
5Been taking for about 3 weeks now. At first wasnt aware of the tingle effect and got a bit of a shock but Google soon fixed that and the advise from my P.T . Definitely given me more energy or strength. Seem to be able to work harder in my sessions and classes. Flavourless which is good but just wish it would dissolve without stirring.Goes Well With:Only had in water.
