Nice, not effective
4Tastes nice, but when I spread it I use maybe a tea spoon, so it's a small amount of protein per meal, so you can use a regular spread as wellGoes Well With:Bread or a biscuit

5It tastes great just like a normal gift fat high sugar spread but soooo much healthier. An amazing alternative. Well worth a try, highly recommend!!!Goes Well With:Toast, crackers, fruit. On its own 😉
