Great!
5Good stuff, recommend using 5g of it to ensure efficacy (as only 3.33g of l-citrulline is part of the mixture), can use more if necessary! The only downside is it is very sweet which is to be expected with the malate.Goes Well With:L-Arginine and any pre-workout mix.

Good Value
5Use it as a boost to power and endurance. I take a serve approx an hour prior to workout and seems to work well at increasing performance.

UNFLAVOURED, MY A**E!
4My first time trying this product and I was really surprised how sour in flavour it is. The benefits should outweigh the taste, but I'm going to have to experiment on what to mix it with.Goes Well With:REMAINS TO BE SEEN.

Good product. Better price.
5I usually like to make my own pre workout as it's much better and cheaper than buying it. I used 8g Cit-Mal in mine and it really really helped. I could feel tingles (which I enjoy) and the product mixes easily. It's also very cheap.Goes Well With:Caffeine Tablets Vitamin B tablets Taurine Beta Alanine

5The scoop is really small and it says you need 7.5 scoops each time - no problem soon get used to that. I take 20 minutes before a workout and I have to say I was sceptical at first, but couldn’t ignore the effects. I would say I am definitely stronger when using this, can do more reps and more weight. Starting to see good definition, but would have anyway, but this product is helping me. I like how this stuff makes you feel. Taste wise it is very acidic, unsurprisingly, but nothing unbearable and mixes easily.Goes Well With:Vimto, lime squash etc

2Citrulline Malate is supposedly the best when it comes to the pump according to science, but from my personal experience this does absolutely nothing for me, near no pump and just seems like forever waiting for something to happen. I would recommended trying it because as we know everyone is different and this may be way more effective for someone else as it's a good quality item with good ratios. I took min 8G daily and even more on training days before working out. I personal get much better pump and motivation for AAKG. Goes Well With:BCAA or pre-workout

Key part of Urea Cycle!
5The primary dietary source of Citrulline is found in Watermelon; in fact, the name is derived from the Latin for Watermelon, Citrullus. However, dietary intake of Citrulline is practically insignificant, so it's valuable to supplement regardless.Goes Well With:Citrulline Malate is commonly taken alongside other pre-workout ingredients, such as Beta Alanine, Trimethylglycine and AAKG.

Citrulline
4Received order day with some creatine. Love th citrulline goes well with creatine and gives a good pump. Only complaint and its prob a one off but citrulline bag was split so lost a bit powder but still good deal.

2:1 Citrulline Malate
3Very sour taste but that’s unavoidable for Citrulline Malate. Only major complaint is the serving size and scoop. 2g serving size is far off the dose used most studies and the recommended dose for exercise (6-8g), and 7 1/2 “mini” scoops seems ridiculous when they could have just included a 2g scoop. HOWEVER, it certainly increases blood flow to working muscles causing the “pump” effect promised. Goes Well With:Creatine + Caffeine
