Finally got the flavour spot on.
5After some years I finally reached the objectives set by the hospital aided in no small manner by whey protein. I switched to collagen protein to continue improving my health still following their advice and guidance. I have tried various flavours over the years but prefer vanilla. My only complaint has been that I find it too sweet and I found the unflavoured was OK but had an odd taste. So I experimented with mixing the two. I found the perfect combination for me to be 40% plain 60% vanilla, which I premix in a tub with a sealable lid. If I want chocolate flavour I add a teaspoon of coco powder to my smoothie, half a banana for banana flavour, a handful of strawberries for strawberry flavour and so on. The vanilla/plain mixture complements these flavours perfectly without overpowering the additional ingredients, which I found the vanilla on its own could. After 18 months my nails are beginning to thicken and strengthen, splits and flaking are nearly gone (I know that seems like a long time but at 75 you can't expect miracles and I had more or less resigned myself to gradual deterioration) The hospital told me whatever you are doing keep doing it, because they have admitted they can't claim all the credit. So my journey assisted by Myprotein has been nothing but a success, especially now I have the flavour spot on. Goes Well With:I have a smoothie mixed as above in the mornings and often have a couple of spoonfuls in a milky coffee in the evening.

My Collagen Powder
5started taking Collagen Protein Powder February 2023 to help with my weight loss journey, the improvement in my joints from both the weight off and my lovely powder which I put into my porridge and coffee every morning has been remarkable, my skin is also glowing which I am very happy about. I'm over 60 !!Goes Well With:As I said above, full scoop with my porridge every morning, two level teaspoons in my coffee twice a day. great added to soups and stews, and not forgetting added scoop to my 1.5 ltr bottle of water every morning, my regime going forward.

Best chocolate flavour
5I have tried many flavours of collagen protein but the chocolate has got to be the best by far! I mix mine with water, tastes absolutely fine! Have recommended this to many friends! Will definitely buy again

5I use this protein post bariatric surgery. Everybody is commenting on how my hair is now growing fast and strong. Prior to using this product I had fine hair that I was losing. ( I am female so not a male thing).
