42nd order of this product, Premenopausal skin is so much better, no aching joints, unflavoured really has no taste. Would recommend Goes Well With:Porridge, smoothies, tea or coffee, soup

5I definitely prefer this to the flavoured varieties. So handy to mix wit some dilute of whatever flavour u fancy. Give it a shake. Water and protein intake all in one goGoes Well With:Any flavour of dilute

My collagen protein
5I really enjoy this product I look forward to having it in the morning before I do my work out. It also has other benefits. I am trying to loose weight and this brand has really helped me with motivation aswell. The only reason I gave effectiveness because I haven't been taking it long enough to see full results andifeel like it is helped with my skin because I had really dry skin. I add an extra half soon of sweetener because I am a real sweet tooth, who would think there was such great yummy health stuff that is so for your health Goes Well With:It's nice with milk or you can heat up with water and milk like a brew or mix with coffee but you need to make it into a paste before you make the coffee

Too sweet
3Loved the idea of protein AND collegen but this is way too sweet! Didn't relapse there was added sweetener which I don't feel is necessary. Tempted to try another flavour ( but will read ingredients list to check for no additives!) Or try the unsweetened version bit worried that may be too bland. Wouldn't recommend blending it with water in a blender as it goes very frothy but a quick blitz with milk is nice enough. Goes Well With:Milk

Brilliant
5I have been using this for a month now and I have already noticed changed with my gut, I had stomach ache and other problems before starting this. It has helped so much I don't get stomach ache anymore and helped in so many other ways. When I first started using I felt heavy and not as hungry, at first I thought it wasn't going suit me. I'd say after about two weeks things started setting down and it's improved so much. I think I can see little difference in my hair and skin but I think I need to keep this up as I read it can take 12weeks before noticing any chances. Maybe I may start to notice this in another few months. I am going continue using this as it differently helping me. I would recommend it and see how works for you, everyone is different and it may not suit you but it's 100% worth trying! Goes Well With:I mix it in a coffee
