Good for joints,.no bloating
5I gave up to mostly whey protein because of stomach problems. This unflavoured collagen is good everywhere. In porridge, in fruit blend or even in soup. No more pain in joints, fast recovery after training and my stomach are very happyGoes Well With:Everything

Mixes well with hot drinks
4Good quality protein, I always buy the unflavoured collagen which I can add to hot drinks. Doesn't mix well with cold drinks Goes Well With:Coffee, hot chocolate and sauces
