Lubing our skin & joints
5As its the most abundant Protein on the body, we need to use it more so as we age. Our skin, bones, muscles, tendons/ligaments as well as our blood vessels and teeth get a benefit from collagen. Needs Milk
4This needs to be mixed with milk then it’s taste good. I used Soy milk . Easy to mix , no lumps. Great per workout

Perfect macros, v fine texture, no lumps, no flavor - perfect!
5I have this every morning in yoghurt with fruit and/or granola and it’s the perfect texture. It blends so easily, has the perfect macros and is gluten free! I’ve struggled to find a protein powder like this and I’m so happy I’ve found this one. Goes Well With:Yoghurt Shakes Oats Breakfast muffins You name it!

Unflavoured
5I have not had this for long enough to comment about its effectiveness. I am enjoying the unflavoured version of this as it is easy to mix into fruit smoothies/smoothie bowls and oats without it leaving any distinct flavours, which is what I wanted. I could not stomach this on it's own as a shake mixed with either water or dairy free milk.Goes Well With:Mixed in oats or smoothies

5This is excellent value for money. Tasteless, odourless and mixes into everything quickly and easily. If you mix it with water or almond milk in a blender/smoothie maker it makes a frothy like texture which is ideal for frothy coffees or other beverages. I take this in an effort to help anti age my skin and joints. Clinical independent research has found those supplementing with 10-20g of collagen daily saw improvements in skin texture and wrinkle depth. Fingers crossed!! As this is collagen peptides it should be easily absorbed by the body too. Goes Well With:Everything!!

Not getting younger
5I got this because am not getting younger and collagen helps with bones, skin and connective tissue. This product seems to help. Goes Well With:Water Other shakes

Mixes well
5After testing each favour with my protein oats, I've gotta say that the strawberry one tastes the best by far. They all mix well into hot oats, you just need to give the lumps some time to dissolve. Too early for me to give an effectiveness rating. Supplementing with vitamin C like Greg Nuckols said I should do. Goes Well With:Oats, vitamin C

5I bought the flavourless Collagen Protein and I must say that it mixes perfectly and is truly tasteless. It's so good that I have just bought another one. Would definitely recommend to anyone wo is interested in this type of protein.
