Brilliant
5I have tried many sakes and meal replacements never had much luck but this one is my favourite I have the chocolate, cereal milk and banana split the matter too being my fave I make my own plant based milk and it mixes lovely Goes Well With:Plant based milk

Sweet gaseous
3Sweet, but not too sickly - the milky one reminds me of rusks without being as excessively sweet. Surprisingly morrish. Mixes pretty well in a standard shaker - again the milky one better than banana. Downside is that it makes me gassy, unlike the rival makes (and I've tried most of them).

I really like Benu
5Benu is super healthy, it works great as a weight gainer or a meal replacement powder, much cheaper and better than huel. I also have experienced headaches with huel that I don't get with Benu. For me I use it as a weight gain powder but I find it superior to other weight gainers because it has all the nutrition I need and a much healthier macro nutrition breakdown. I am gluten free and IBS and I find this so easy on stomach. Really recommend for anyone who struggles to get the nutrition they need from regular food. I'm currently drinking the cinnamon bun flavour which I like, I liked the old flavours too :) Please don't stop producing this product my protein 🥺

Benu review
1Normally my protein shakes are delicious but this benu powder is horrible both in taste and smell , will go back to there normal protein instead , put a 1 for effectiveness as poured it down sink

Really nice and convenient
5I got the Cereal Milk flavour as I was intrigued and that is exactly what it tastes like, the leftover milk after you eat frosted cereal. Very random choice of flavour, but I like it. I take it to work for my lunch and mix it in a shaker and it’s smooth, tastes great and makes me feel full enough to keep me going till the evening. A lot cheaper and more nutritionally balanced than buying lunch every day. I weigh mine using scales each evening and have one of those shakers with the storage section to keep the powder in. Beats buying fast food or a sandwich every day

Good shake
5These are a great shake and believe me I have used many. 4 scoops is thick the flavours are awesome too. The only negative is not all flavours are available in a 30 servings.

5Having tried huel and most other complete meals this is by far the best , good price , great taste mixes well personally I use milk and tastes even better
