Feel so powerful!
5Bought a few batches of creatine and has breaks in-between. After these intervals I’ve realised there’s a noticeable difference in endurance and how much you can actually lift before you tire out. For me on creatine, it’s like having a superpower! I just lift and lift and never get tired. Personally I use the unflavoured version and it serves its purpose. Just make sure to drink plenty of water.

4Very good tasting creatine but needs to be mixed with warm water to fully dissolve but nothing major, I use it as a nice flavour intra workout beverage. Feels felt the difference since using this in my performance, I don’t gas out like I used to. 5g of protein per serving too which is a bonus! Goes Well With:Water

Great boost when working out.
5I was recommended to take creatine with my usual hydrate drink when working out and I must say it seems to have improved my performance as evidenced by the number of PB’s I have obtained since taking it. Goes Well With:Hydrate/electrolytes powder.

Trying out new product
5I wanted to try adding this to my workouts to see if it made a difference. It was a great price, ideal amount to try out ....will definitely buy again!Goes Well With:I mix it with my usual protein shake ...mixes fine. No taste so blends jn well.

5Very nice mix with a glass of water in the morning to get your hydration up and get a routine going. Very palatable and basically flavourless. Probably the best option for creatine on the market.
