Does the trick
5I have noticed an increase in size training on creatine, also an increase in weight otherwise but that's to be expected, so I think it's working. Just trusting the science and will update if anything changes!Goes Well With:Shakes. Fruit flavoured things for larger doses.

5I take this with my pre workout before the gym, I feel that it gives me extra energy and I can perform better. You can’t taste it at all which is great because I got unflavoured so that’s what I wanted. Only issue is that it does not mix amazingly as some powder does seem to sink to the bottom of my shaker, not a huge issue at all though just add more water or keep shaking !!Goes Well With:Pre workout

Why have I always had unflavoured?!
5I’ve trained on and off for 13 years nearly and have always had unflavoured creatine. Bought berry burst and it is INCREDIBLE. Why didn’t I do this sooner? What an imbecile!Goes Well With:The world.

5Been using MyProtein creatine for over a year. It’s brilliant stuff. I’ve bought the 3 different flavours, they taste lovely and are very easy to drink. I do not like the unflavoured creatine. But absolutely recommend the flavoured ones. However they seem to be out of stock regularly so when they become available, I recommend purchasing immediately.Goes Well With:Water
