Consistent and reliable
5I don’t use many supplements at all, but creatine has been a constant of mine for a while now. I’ve noticed a small yet significant increase of explosive power in the gym, it’s backed by scientific research (unlike many other supplements), and it’s very affordable. I take a scoop to the dome in the morning and wash it down with water. Lovely Goes Well With:Water
