Great product
5Pill form better to ensure you are taking creatine consistently - even on non training days. Good potion size and you can take pills according to your body weight / creatine intake goal.

4Very good, however extremely hard to swallow, best to split each one into 2-3 pieces

1They say that it’s 3000mg per serving, but what they don’t tell you is it’s 3 tablets per serving, also it is a lot more expensive than creatine powder per serving and the tablets are so big it’s impossible to swallow 1 well known 3 per day. Get powdered variant instead.
