Creatine is banging
5I've found these to genuinely increase my endurance and overall performance while in the gym. Currently training a strongman split and it helps get me through the last few exercises of my regiment.

Massive gains!!
5Since starting these I’ve seen huge gains in strength and muscle growth! I take 5 tablets daily because I’m a bigger gal (120kg) and it works much better than when I was taking 3 tablets. (Obviously if you’re average weight take the recommended) Side note: the tablets are very big, about the size of my middle fingernail, so bare that in mind if you can’t swallow tablets well

Great product, great value, easy to swallow
5I've used creatine in its powder form but always flund it gritty and uselessly when mixed it there is some left inside the mixer. Read the previous reviews and some mentioned these pills are hard to swallow, no issues at all. Swallowed all 3 with water and im not a big person at all so I guess some people must have the throats of a hamster. Ive been taking them for nearly 2 weeks so I should be fully saturated by now. I take all 3 just before bed so they absord overnight as I usually train first thing. And they seem to be giving my training a bit of a boost. You can't taste anything from the pills so they are a great buy, not too expensive and its easy to keep the dosage the same, 3 a day. I'll definitely be buying some more when these run out. Goes Well With:water

Would not recommend it ever
1It's better you can just go with Creatine mono.. it's comes up with bulking agent it's too hard to digest if your immune system is not strong I would definitely not recommend it for me specially just took 1 tab and ... :(

Charge clearer
5Yes lads, copped a tub of these cos I was going away and wanted to keep my muscles nice and full of water, so as you know I wanted to ensure I kept my creatine up. However as you may know, creatine is a fine white powder, and bringing that through English security (and back through turkish security) is gonna be a big fat heavy no-no with a good chance of you spending a night or two in a minging cold cell, while they test it to make sure you’re not the Preston Pablo Escobar. Obvs I prefer the powder cos it’s just east but a tub of these bad boys and I’ll be looking diced on my jollies for the rest of my life. Keep ‘em in a tub and with the label on and your trip through airport security will be calm. You just don’t want that awkward chat of saying your powder is for the gym.Goes Well With:Not getting arrested and/or charged with intent to supply illicit goods at an airport
