5The best way to describe these creatine tablets is that you get what you pay for. These last you a while as you get 250 tablets and it gives all the proven benefits of creatine such as more water retention in muscles and improved performance over time. Overall a great productGoes Well With:Personally I just have it with water but any juices would be fine as well.

5I used to use the creatine powder drinks but ever since i switched to the pills they are much easier to take and much better as you can be done and ready to go much faster without having to drink it.

I break them in half to swallow them
5Great product. Convenient to take anywhere anytime, with no mess. They are very big, a potential choking hazard, though easily resolved, as chalky and easy to snap in half, I even started chewing my halves as well. But the do dissolve and soften once water touches them, within a minute, so if u did take them whole, and they got stuck in ur throat, the blockage cud be cleared, as they disollve in water in about a minute. Great product, once ur used to taking themGoes Well With:Water, or even better water with squash flavouring.

4Although they do what their supposed too, I would say go for the powder version. It's not a nice pop three in with a swig of water and swallow. It's an ordeal, one by one and use a plunger to get these down. Their big boys, only for the brave or wide gulleted among us.

4Does what it says on the tin. Tablets quite large so maybe not for you if you struggle with tablets but personally I think they're great.

5Does what it says on the tin. Easy and convenient in tablet form. I pop 3 pre and post workout, works a treat. People moaning that the tablets are too big, man-up ffs!!!!Goes Well With:Water, pre workout, protein shake
