4these tablets give you superpowers when you take them regularly and you get absolutely massive only problem is the tablets are huge and difficult to swallow even after you break them in half

5Easy to use. No need to mix with anything. Can be taken with usual vitamins. Works well if taken at night for me. Would be even better if the tablet size was a little smaller to be easier to take.
