Big Tablets!
1These tablets are super BIG, really put me off using them. Unfortunately I didn’t even get chance to try them, sent then straight back.

100% Effective!
5Works very well to help get out those extra reps. Feeling much more energised during training sessions and overall muscle volume increased (from the extra water intake). This has been an essential purchase for years.

Class and effective
5So easy to take compared to powder. Couple pills and I never seem to miss a day without it. Overall great product but the pills are big and might be a challenge for someone who doesn’t control taking them easily.

Creatine that does the job
4Although large I can manage to swallow these tablets. If you struggle swallow large tables it maybe better to get a powdered version or break these in half. It’s creatine so it does what it supposed to and you do notice the difference as the weeks go by. It’s good value too and I did buy my second lot recently. Definitely worth thinking about if you are middle aged or older as it helps retaining muscle. Goes Well With:Doesn’t mix but I do take it with my protein smoothies

Well worth it!
5Tried these after trying a few different variants and these are by far the best I’ve used! Rather large in size but I’ve noticed they work better with myself than others. Well worth the money.

Early days but noticeable
5I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now and from I've heard it takes 4 weeks before your muscle becomes saturated however I've already noticed some benefits. First of all I notice I can do more reps in my sets and especially over the last few days my biceps and various other muscle groups have been feeling firmer and have gotten noticeably bigger. For the price I definitely recommend it to anyone!
