5Tablets far too big, break them in half and much easier, but hugely effective

Man up and swallow
5Tablets are the size of the wnd of your finger. A mouthful of water does the trick

Avoid
3Almost impossible to swallow, tablets too big. Would advice crushing them into powder or buying the powder in the first place.Goes Well With:Protein shake.

Too big
1I bought these as I thought it would be quicker and easier to just take a tablet rather than mixing the powder in water. I was mistaken! They are just too big to swallow and it only contains 1g of creatine in... therefore, you’d have to take 5 to get the recommended amount. Also, when I say too big. They are huge! Stick to the powder, much more suitable. Goes Well With:A huge esophagus!

Genuinely see results
5After taking creatine for about a week I immediately notice my strength increase by taking 5-10g per day. This has helped me get stronger as well as build more muscle

Huge but works
5I have taken these for while now, I usually take them before I go weight training along with beta alanine, and I find they give me lots of energy. Like the other reviews, they are rather large to swallow, so I find them easier to swallow with a cup of coffee or protein shake. Other than the size, would definitely recommend them. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.Goes Well With:Water, coffee, protein shakes

Hard to swallow
1The tablets are huge. You need to take 5 for one dose, so it's hard work. They are hard to swallow so I have given up and gone for powder

Crush 'em
3Yes these are super huge I initially started swallowing them but it was just too much. Then I crushed them with a pestle and mortar before adding to my protein shake which i mix in the nutri bullet. Now I just put them in whole they mix fine however I don't feel the effectiveness of these over the powder formulation I felt something taking it in that form but that's just me. After this bottle is done I'm going back to powder.Goes Well With:Protein powder, fruit, water, nutri bullet.
