Best option for people who dont like powder
5The creatine tablets have been working great for my workout journey. You dont have to mix them in water, just take the recommended amount and swallow them with a glass of your preferred drink. There is no taste and no clumpiness you get with the powder. I always take them post workout, but that isnt necessary. The timing can be whatever suits you. My strength has increased alot because of this product.Goes Well With:The creatine tablets go well with any drink because they dont have any flovour. I usually take them with water but sometines orange juice.

More difficult to break down.
3The previous batch of tablets was much easier to break down whilst chewing with water so will ideal. The latest match which arrived today (May 2024) more difficult to chew and stick to your teeth which makes them inferior to the previous batch.Goes Well With:Water is a must!

Unlike your mum, I'm not that good at swallowing
4While these are a great option for creatine intake, who thought these huge chalky tablets were a good idea? I used to buy them in capsule form where the daily dose was 4 caps a day but that option is no longer available

5Have been able to be consistent with creatine intake as a result of swapping from powder to capsules. Love them.
