5Using this alongside a weightlifting program I am finding that I have such great relief from the prolonged Dom's I used to experience reducing the number of sessions I could complete. I now find I am not limited as my Dom's are very minimum making for more progress in my sessions

My go to monthly purchase
4The pills may be on the larger side but they are easy to take. On my second tub now really seeing a difference. No taste which is good. Will carry on purchasing.

Very solid purchase I’m a reoccurring customer
4I have used these for months and will continue to use the capsules as they are so convenient in a morning. I personally have them with my morning cup of tea or water but they will go well with just about anything. Not dead significant in taste which doesn’t bother me. Some people will see the capsules as big but I think they are fine. I would recommend for those who don’t like using powders and would prefer a convenient option.

You'd be a creatine not to
5Been loading for a week before dropping down to prolonged amount ( 2 per day ) seeing results already with increase in performance both physically and mentally. Good way to encourage drinking more water too

Ridiculous size
4It's creatine. It works if you can force the things down your neck. My hoe era is long past but it stood me in good stead for taking these behemoths. Absolutely ridiculous size, they look like horse suppositories. Goes Well With:Water. The ability to be intubated without sedation.

Amazing
5Extremely handy and easy to swallow before gym, much easier than having to drink the powder version. Also very affordable especially on a sale. Would definitely recommend!!
