4Decent product! I train in the mornings nowadays due to my circumstances but It was always a struggle because I always felt sluggish and preferred to train in the evening with my energy levels up and food eaten through the day helped me train more effectively. I’ve tried pre-workout but that didn’t agree with me so I thought I’d try some creatine. It’s definitely help terms of giving me that lifting power and stamina, as for gains I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks so nothing crazy but I reckon I’ve put a bit size on. Oh and the tablets are big but sling it down with plenty of water you’ll be fine!

5Easy to take. Need to drink quite a bit of water to avoid headaches. Overall seeing results after week and half. Seems to help with recovery too.
