4Excellent value, easy to mix and doesn't leave an after taste. Mixed with my protien preworkout also a good Product. Goes Well With:Juice water and preworkout

Doesnt mix well
2The quality is okay it's effectiveness is good I noticed a difference in my training after loading for a few days. But it just does not mix well at all unless left over night in a shake or water by itself. When wanting to just add it to your water and go it won't mix for a very long time, despite shaking swirling or even using a blender it will just drift back down to the bottom of the shaker.Goes Well With:Patience

Doesn't mix well
2Really just doesn't mix well. I usually mix creatine with squash in warmer water. Even when left for 30 minutes with frequent stirring the creatine does not dissolve and just sits at the bottom.

Great taste
5Have this in water on the way to the gym, gives you that little extra kick. Tastes great, need to keep shaking or you do get a bit of a gritty taste but other than that I would recommend it.Goes Well With:Only had this in water

5Been using this for the past 3 months and can definitely notice an increase in strength/explosiveness. Majority of it is noticed in compound excercises like bench and squats. Obviously makes you look slighly bloated as it holds water in you but perfect if your not cutting/trying to look the leanest you have. Doesnt mix too well better off having in small glass of waterGoes Well With:Water

5The taste is amazing if mixed well, doesn’t have that gritty texture either which is what makes it taste that much better. Goes Well With:Milk Porridge
