5Awesome flavour! Mixes well in milk and water. Great value and it’s extremely effective. Seeing result already only after 4 days. Long story short this product is a must buy for chocolate lovers. Effective
5I take one scoop a day in 200ml of water. No matter how long you shake the mixture you always end up with a gritty feeling in your mouth but just have another drink to hand and wash it down. I have definitely notice a better performance (heavier lifts) when taking this product, I also notice a slight increase in muscle size (water retention?).Goes Well With:Protein powder etc.

5Good quality product, no flavour means it can be mixed with anything. My breakfast oats are my normal choice, helps my recovery and steadies my energy levels.Goes Well With:Overnight oats

4This product is effective. It uses the water from your body and into your muscles making them fuller. I look a lot more muscular. Make sure to stay extra hydrated however.Goes Well With:Green tea

Unflavoured-
4Its not a bad taste, I mix it in with my vanilla protein shake, it mixes around about 75% but you can't taste it mixed in with your shake. It makes me a little bloated though, which I'm not sure if that's common or maybe it's just me? Defo does the job its supposed to though and that's the main thing.Goes Well With:I mix it in with my vanilla protein shake
