I was pleasantly surprised at how big the bars are. Love the taste of these wafers. Although they are light, they are quite filling. I have them as a snack with a coffee mid morning. Also like the cookies and cream and hazelnut flavours.

I like that the calories are pretty low and it tastes great like any normal good wafer. The only thing is it is very light so I do not feel full after eating it but I think that is just my preference.
