5Ordered these a few times now. A great snack before or after the gym. They arrived very quickly at my flat which was surprising as this was a new address from the other times. The wafers are always great in taste and are the perfect size to pop into your bag. Goes Well With:A cup of tea, juice or water

5the crispy wafer is brilliant , you wouldn't know your eating something that has less sugar or tastes any different. also helps with the urge to eat chocolate and acts as a great substitute. Goes Well With:i love having mine with a cup of tea in work , helps me cut out biscuits and chocolate bars
