5Absolutely love the wafers sometimes makes them in with my protein yoghurt extra almost like mixing cereal for a protein wafer always love starting off my day with that also sometimes enjoy it as a light snack after dinnerGoes Well With:Yoghurt crashed in my protein pancakes

Great Snack
4I’ve really enjoyed eating these as part of a weight loss journey! They keep me fuller for longer than other snack bars and have massively curbed my snacking which has resulted in the start of my weight loss journey but have also allowed me to continue to exercise without being hungryGoes Well With:Fruit/yoghurt

Almost too tasty
5Bought these and ate them way faster than I planned to. Doesn't have that 'protein-y' taste, really light and tasty. Not super filling, but their wafers so that's not surprising

The flavour not for me
4Taste not for me , it was the smell at first very sickly over powering ,I did have some and do have half when I fancy ,and it does fix a sweet fix Goes Well With:Just on its own not tried to mix it but now I may break it up and add it to yoghurt etc
