Curcumin and vitamin d3
5I have arthritis and this reduces the inflammation in my joint. I ran out and thought I could manage without only to find a few weeks later my hip was so bad I was in a lot of pain walking

5Listen. If you are having joint pain or inflammation THIS IS IT. I have been having UNBEARABLE inflammation in my upper glutes for months. The doctor gave me workouts that were no help really. I was searching for creatine and I looked at these vitamins. I saw the comments about them helping and they weren’t expensive so I thought I’d give them a try. I am now kicking myself for not ordering these x3!!! My upper glute pain is basically non existent.

Bad hip
5I have had a scan and it’s confirmed I need a new hip!! But day to day mobility is helped dramatically by curcumin with vitamin D 5 years on I’m still managing.I got smart once and stoped taken them and couldn’t walk told all friends with dodgy Hips and knees.Goes Well With:Pepper

Curcumin and vitamin D3
4I’ve been a long time buyer of vitamin D3 soft gels and the benefit is clear; to supplement your supplies of vitamin D3 when the sun can’t do it all for you and the benefits of this are listed clearly. However, I haven’t noticed a massive difference when upgrading to curcumin mixed with vitamin D3 and for the extra price and consumption requirements it would be nice to have two separate sections for health benefits on the website - one for curcumin and one for vitamin D3 so I can really understand what I’m spending the extra money on Goes Well With:Omega 3 softgels, multivitamin tablets

Great for joint care
5If you usually take turmeric this is a great alternative, I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks and noticed a massive difference I recommend this to everyone I know

Great Product BUT....
3Great idea for a product I've struggled to find a decent curcumin supplement. Switched to these from regular D3 softgels but didnt realise that these only have 11 µg of D3 versus 62.5mcg in the D3 softgels. All this to say that these are not a replacement for the D3 softgels but i will defintely be buying them regulatly but taking both daily
