Don't get the unflavoured one!
1Having previously used the blue raspberry flavoured version and that not being available, I bought the unflavoured version to add to squash. The powder does not mix with water in a shaker, so you have a layer of powder floating on the top. It will be incorporated in a protein shake ( made with milk) if you use an electric blender. However, it tastes so vile it ruins the taste of the shake! It is so bitter, I'm sure it could be used instead of Bitrex! If you enjoy a challenge, go for it, but I'd choose a flavoured one if you don't! As for effectiveness...difficult to tell as it's such a challenge to consume!Goes Well With:Washing powder!

5Been taking for a couple of weeks and it seems to have a positive affect. It has a strange smell and the taste isn’t the best but not as bad as some. It mixes best with a protein shake. I tried it in green tea and it didn’t mix as good and tasted a bit 🤢.Goes Well With:Protein shake.

5I love this stuff. I went with berry burst flavour, really tasty, thirst quenching drink. Mixes well, no residue left at the bottom. Definitely reduces DOMs after a good workout. Wouldn't be without this.Goes Well With:Creatine, Citrulline malate and Cyclic dextrin for a great workout drink.
